Our latest updates are here to help you manage your workspace operations with even greater control, transparency and ease. This release includes enhancements to reception workflows, activity tracking, and billing accuracy.

twiinsales Updates

Pipeline update

You can now define how the “Weighted by Interest” value is calculated across your entire pipeline.
Previously this figure was based on the individual 1–5 interest score set on each lead. Now, each pipeline stage can have its own default weighting. Head to Settings → twiinsales to view or adjust the default percentages for each stage.

twiinworkspace Updates

Proforma Invoice update

Once you’ve sent a proforma invoice, you can now download a copy at any time.

Open the relevant licence and click Download Proforma to instantly generate the PDF for sharing or record keeping.

Contact Mobile Numbers update

Mobile numbers are now automatically cleaned and standardised when saved.

Numbers are stored in international format (for example 447123123456) to ensure they work reliably across integrations and communications.

If an existing mobile field previously contained text or notes, that original content is safely stored in a new Extension Number field and is also available in the Contact Details report.

Renewals report update

The Renewals report now gives you greater control over what you see.
You can now filter by a specific Licence End Date range and exclude certain licence types using the new Billables filter (for example virtual or service-only licences).

Availability report update

When exporting availability, you can now choose to place all buildings onto a single spreadsheet tab instead of one tab per building (Default is one sheet per building).

Client Care updates

A new reminder option has been added to client care tickets. An automated reminder can be set x number of days before the due date. The reminder defaults to 1 day but can be adjusted per ticket as desired.
Assigned users will also receive clearer notifications when a ticket is assigned or reassigned to them, both by email and in the in-platform notification menu.

Client Notifications update

Add more personalisation to Client Notifications by adding a salutation.

You can now add a friendly, personalised greeting to client notifications using a salutation.

Choose from:

  • Dear First Name
  • Dear Client Name
  • Dear All

This helps standard communications feel more tailored without adding extra manual work.

twiinportal Updates

Portal User Notifications update

When a new contact is added via the portal, the Building Manager is now automatically notified, making it easier to track onboarding and access changes.

twiinconcierge Updates

Member Check Ins update

Members can now check in by scanning their personal QR code. Each QR code is available in the member’s twiinportal profile. At reception, simply select “Do you have a QR code?” and scan to complete check-in in seconds.
