Don’t forget to set your Christmas diverts
With Christmas fast approaching we wanted to let you know that if you require any help making configuration changes for your phones over the Christmas period, please let us know by the close of business on Monday 14th December.
This will then allow us time to allocate engineers to help put any changes in place for you.
We will have a streamlined operation on the support desk on the working days over Christmas (29th, 30th and 31st December) and the contact details will remain the same as usual. Normal service will resume from Thursday 4th January.
If you need a number to be ported this year, please ensure that you submit any request to us before 8th December so we can ensure these can be done before the Christmas break. Any number porting requests received after 8th December will be processed from 4th January 2021.
