How does it work?
- The panels, fixed to the wall outside your meeting rooms, instantly show if the room is occupied or available and what upcoming meetings are already booked. Your tenants are easily able to book a meeting room directly by using the touchscreen.
- They can easily select a date and time then make their booking, using any meeting room credits if they have them. Bookings made on the meeting panel can be viewed in the workspace and portal to easily keep track of usage and are available for instant invoicing or included in the next bill run. The panel can be used to book meetings on the same day or in the future.
