Marketing Associate

Your Skills, Experience and Aptitude
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and manage diverse marketing materials, including sales collateral, email campaigns, blogs, website copy, social media posts, and video content.
- Event Management: Plan and execute client events, trade shows, and webinars, ensuring flawless delivery and engaging experiences.
- Market Insights: Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to inform strategy and strengthen market positioning.

- Email Marketing: Use Hubspot to create email campaigns, set up automations, and track performance.
- CRM Maintenance: Manage and maintain Hubspot data integrity, ensuring marketing campaigns are properly tracked.
- Digital Campaigns: Assist in running digital campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on optimisation and ROI.
- Social Media Management: Build and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and grow brand visibility.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on marketing metrics, delivering actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Website Management: Keep website content current with campaigns and promotions, monitor performance, and suggest improvements for user experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from sales, product and support teams to develop marketing initiatives and content
- Internal Communications: Communicate marketing initiatives to the wider business.
- Freelancer Management: Manage external freelancers for design, content, and translation projects—briefing them, managing timelines, and providing constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the real estate industry.
- Skilled in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
- Proficient in Hubspot, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
- A strong communicator, with excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, balancing multiple priorities with ease.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and autonomously.
- Highly organised with an ability to own projects end-to-end and to manage your own project timescales.
- Familiarity with planning and analysing marketing campaigns, measuring against predefined KPI’s.
- An eye for design and can work within our brand guidelines, but also able to come up with creative ideas.
- Experience in planning and supporting event logistics and webinar set up.
- Data-driven, able to measure campaign effectiveness and track lead generation performance, making informed decisions to optimise results
- A strong team player who can work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
- Knowledge of additional languages, particularly German, is a plus.
