Today we announced that Pure Offices, one of the UK’s largest regional flexible workspace providers, has chosen our workspace management software twiinworkspace to manage its portfolio of 23 locations under a new three year contract.

With such a large portfolio Pure were looking to improve efficiency in the many processes required to successfully manage their spaces.  This was certainly achieved during the first monthly bill run to their 1200 clients, reducing the time needed to manage the process by the finance team from a full day to less than 30 minutes. There are so many other opportunities to create efficiencies too, including managing meeting room bookings, billing additional services to clients and customised reporting.
