technologywithin, the flexible workspace technology specialist, announce the appointment of Florian Kappes as new Director, Europe, who will lead the company’s expansion into mainland Europe, with a focus on Germany and The Netherlands.

Having worked for The Instant Group and Fora (The Office Group) over the past 15 years, Florian has gained valuable experience in different areas of the flex sector. This gives him almost unparalleled insight into the German market, in terms of what providers need to offer to attract and retain clients.  “I am very excited to take technologywithin into the German market – what really drew me to the role is their impressive client record in their British home market, and the positive feedback on their products and culture”.

The company will first enter the market with their core product twiindata, an advanced network infrastructure controller which enables operators to manage shared bandwidth and assign WiFi permissions to tenants. The product’s simple interface – available in several languages including German, Dutch, French, Spanish and Italian – enables operational staff to complete everyday tasks, such as adding new clients to their WiFi network, with ease.

As well as being deployed at over 500 UK sites, flex operator Clockwise have also installed twiindata at their space at The Hague with further openings in Bremen and Antwerp during 2024.
